How do I access my ticket?

Please check your spam/junk folder if the ticket is not in your inbox. If you find that you did not receive them there, then simply do the following:

Login to your PulseRadio account using the email address that you used to purchase your ticket.

Click your avatar on the top right portion of the page and then click "My Tickets."


Select the ticket that you want and you can either (1) Print the ticket, (2)download the ticket, (3) or email the ticket to yourself.


You can also view the ticket by clicking the "View Tickets" button. The printable ticket will open up in a new window.
